About Brandie Spradley

Brandie SpradleySinger, songwriter, and multi-instrumental talent Brandie Spradley was seemingly born with music in her blood. Brandie began playing piano and singing at the tender age of eight years old in her hometown of Long Beach, Mississippi, and later attended Jones Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi on a full music and academic scholarship.

After graduating from college, Brandie launched her career in music, performing both solo and with a number of bands, including such high-profile gigs as the World Series and the Super Bowl.

Some of Brandie’s accomplishments include winning the “Search for a Superstar” competition at Treasure Bay Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi; Michael’s Star Search; and Henderson Ford Star Search. Brandie represented the state of Mississippi at the regional finals for the Colgate Country Showdown, singing an original composition.  She was also one of 11 women to represent the United States in the world wide singing competition Avon Voices.  One of the many moments Brandie enjoyed as a musician was being able to play Grizabella in a production of Cats.

Brandie has appeared as Master of Ceremony for The Angel Ride Foundation events in Fairhope, Alabama since 2007, also performing her original material. She has also opened for such artists as Gregg Allman, Mustang Sally, Wet Willie, the Marshall Tucker Band, and John Michael Montgomery.

A licensed school teacher, Brandie has taught music to students from pre-school all the way through middle school. A member of ASCAP, Brandie has her own publishing company, BWC Publishing. She currently performs regularly at writer’s nights and other events in Nashville.
